2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Salkhua (Banma Itahari O.P) P.S. Case No. 41 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.02.2023.

4. The petitioner is said to have shot at the victim and he is the brother of victim and he is in custody since 01.02.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing
