2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 38 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 309(4) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other accused persons are said to have taken Rs. 20,000/-, driving license and Vivo mobile phone from the informant.

4. During investigation, materials have come to connect the petitioner with the crime and the petitioner has also been named in the self inculpatory statement of the co-accused.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2025 and the has four criminal cases registered against him.

6. Considering the gravity of the offence and the antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45009 of 2025(2) dt.30-07-2025 2/2 bail to the petitioner.
