JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-08-2016 In exceptional circumstance, the petitioner was granted provisional bail, vide order dated 26.05.2016, considering the fact that his son was critically ill and required surgery at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. The provisional bail was subsequently extended vide order dated 28.07.2016. Today, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has produced a certificate, issued by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, to the effect that the petitioner surrendered in the Court on 01.08.2016.
