In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 135 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24870 of 2017 (3) dt.10-08-2017 withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today and pray for bail and the court below will consider the same and will pass orders on merit without being prejudiced by this order on the same day of their surrender itself.
