Having regard to the fact that the petitioners have already approached the District Magistrate, Begusarai by way of an appeal which is numbered as Appeal No. 01/2025-26 (arising out of Encroachment Case No. 01/2025-26), the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 02 herein (i.e., District Magistrate, Begusarai) to dispose of the appeal, if any, pending before the said authority as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the parties.
3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
