JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-07-2017 In view of the order dated 01.07.2017, prayer of petitioner no. 1 Lal Bahadur Yadav has already been rejected. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner no.2, Bhola Yadav and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ramgarh (Nuaon) P.S. Case No. 57 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that nothing has been alleged against the petitioner in the case diary. Further submission is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24025 of 2017 (3) dt.21-07-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner no. 2 Bhola Yadav be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Ramgarh (Nuaon) P.S. Case No. 57 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
