The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused were preparing to commit dacoity and from possession of the petitioner one carbine and four cartridges were recovered.

Earlier prayer for bail was rejected on 08.03.2019 with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after framing of charges.

Submission is that charges have already been framed and petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period already

No.42620 of 2019(2) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 undergone the petitioner under trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Tr. No. 2228 of 2018, Harsidhi P.S. Case No.329 of 2018, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court below having immovable property in his name.
