The petitioner seeks bail in Sadar (Vaishali) P.S. Case No. 461 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
As per the F.I.R., co-accused Krishna Singh and two other unknown persons committed the murder of husband of the informant and this petitioner is alleged to be main conspirator, as the deceased had some enmity with petitioner with regard to purchase and sale of land and money transaction. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that specific allegation of causing fire-arm injury is against co-accused Krishna Singh and two other unknown and petitioner is alleged to be only conspirator on the ground that petitioner had some

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sadar (Vaishali) P.S.
