Petitioner seeks bail in NDPS Case No.99 of 2013 arising out of Raxaul P.S. Case No.181 of 2013 instituted under Section(s) 20-B, 22, 23, 24 of the NDPS Act, pending before the 6th Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran at Motihari. Considering the nature and amount of incriminating article recovered from the Petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him bail.
Prayer for bail is rejected.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial for which reason the Trial Court shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of
