JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to pay arrears of pension under J.P. Senani Samman Yojana since September, 2010 to till date to the petitioner with penal interest @ 18% p.a. compound in nature.

(ii). Further to direct the respondents to pay pension under J.P. Senani Samman Yojana regularly to the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17930 of 2015(2) dt.03-04-2023 2/2 (iii). Further to direct the respondents to enhance the pension under J.P. Senani Samman Yojana and pay to the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner was in jail custody more than 13 months."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the RespondentState has pointed out that pension was being granted regularly to the petitioner, as is apparent from the counter affidavit, filed by the Respondent-State in the year, 2016, nonetheless, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities with regard to his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty, so sought, is granted. The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) Ajay/- U
