This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner no. 2, Keshav Mahto, is alleged to have caused injury with farsa to Heeramati Ddvi on her head. Though the doctor had found incised wound on the head of Heeramati Devi. However, has opined that the same was caused by hard and blunt substance.
Considering the fact that petitioner, Keshav Mahto, had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
The prayer for anticipatory bail on his behalf is refused.
The other petitioners, Geeta Devi and Sanjay Mahto, carry no specific allegation, they, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order,

No.24109 of 2017 (2) dt.05-07-2017 2/2 be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dumariaghat P.S. Case No. 142 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Sri Pradhuman Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, East Champaran at Motihari, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
