2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 117 of 2023, registered for offence punishable under Sections 25 (1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per FIR, the informant is Sub-Inspector of Muffasil Police Station. During investigation, the informant along with his colleagues raided the house of the petitioner and Ranjan Yadav and recovered two country-made pistols from there.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. There is allegation that petitioner's son, Ranjan Yadav was arrested and

The petitioner has falsely been made accused in this case merely because he is the father of Ranjan Yadav, from whose instance, the alleged country-made pistols were recovered.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 117 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
