Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 257 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201, 120B, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely because he is Devar of the deceased. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused (Father-in-law of the deceased) has been granted bail by this Court vide Annexure-3. Petitioner is in custody since 09.11.2018.
