The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In pursuance to the order dated 24.02.2021, status report of trial in connection with Singhai P.S. Case No. 25 of 2019 has been received and kept at Flag-A, in which it is stated that case is pending for prosecution evidence and summon has already been issued against the witnesses.

Considering the present stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his payer for bail is rejected in connection with Singhai P.S. Case No. 25 of 2019 pending before the court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Samastipur.
