2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Total 760 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from the spot and local chowkidar disclosed the name of petitioner and others. As per paragraph - 3, petitioner has got two criminal antecedent of similar nature.

4. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
