Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Nawabagar P.S. case no . 60 of 2003 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 324 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is mentioned in the impugned order that the police has submitted charge sheet against this petitioner showing him as absconder. It is further mentioned in the impugned order that process under Sections 82 and 83 Cr.P.C. has already been issued against this petitioner. The petitioner did not appear before the learned Court below for the last 15 years. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
