Learned counsel for the petitioners Shri S.D. Sanjay, A.S.G. prays that a period of three months be further granted for concluding the disciplinary proceedings against the respondent as directed by the Tribunal.
Prayer is accepted. Three months' further time is granted to the disciplinary authority to conclude the proceedings.
