Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 138 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30/30(A) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

In view of the Bar under Section 76(2) of the Bihar Prohibition And Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
