JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2016 A supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party No.2, the principal Secretary, Department of Human Resources, Government of Bihar in which it is stated that the entire GPF dues of the petitioner have since been calculated right from the year 1979-80 till 1984-85 also and issued authority slip in favour of the petitioner for payment of entire remaining dues of Rs.78,671/- and Rs.3,19,684/-, including up-to-date interest.
