The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 24 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that the stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 12.05.2020. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail after framing of
