2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS Commanding and directing the respondent authorities to pay the compensation amount against the land acquired by the State Government for Construction of Road from Asthawan to Village Andi acquired in the year 2006-2007 pursuant to the right to fail compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 for which petitioner has filed several

Patna High Court CWJC No.10875 of 2025(2) dt.14-07-2025 2/2 representation to the authority concerned but till date authority concerned has not take any action and representation of the petitioner is still awaiting for its Adjudication.

(ii) Further for issuance of any other writ/writs, order/ orders, direction/directions for which petitioner shall be found entitled under the fact and circumstances of the case under acquirable Justice.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she shall be approaching the District Land Acquisition Officer, Nalanda, Biharsharif (respondent no.3) in next four weeks alongwith all the relevant documents.

4. If the petitioner approaches in the aforesaid period, District Land Acquisition Officer, Nalanda, Biharsharif after putting the parties on notice and hearing them, shall be taking a decision preferably by 31st of December, 2025.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
