Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hisua Police Station Case No 211 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 337, 379, 504/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the injuries inflicted on the person of the informant are simple in nature. There appears to be some dispute regarding sale of paddy straws.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner above named shall be released on bail on his furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24225 of 2017 (2) dt.29-05-2017 2/2 bonds of Rs 10,000.- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Hisua Police Station Case No 211 of 2015 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
