The present petition has been filed for restoration of a writ petition bearing CWJC no. 3396 of 2017, which has stood dismissed for non-prosecution by an order dated 01.05.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct for restoration of the aforesaid writ petition bearing CWJC no. 3396 of 2017 to its original file, subject to deposit of a sum of Rs. 500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Aid Committee, within a period of four weeks from today. The present petition stands allowed with the aforesaid observations and directions.
