JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2017 This is an application for modification of order of this Court dated 07.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.4859 of 2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not appear on the date fixed i.e. on 24.4.2017 due to communication gap as he could not inform the petitioner about the bail. It is further submitted that the petitioner is still ready to surrender in the light of order dated 07.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.4859 of 2017.

Heard learned A.P.P.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts as stated above, the petitioner is allowed to surrender before the learned court concerned by 24.05.2017 and on that day O.P. No.2 will also remain present in this case and the learned counsel for the petitioner also undertakes that he will inform the learned counsel for the O.P.No.2.
