2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 227 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of assaulting his own brother causing simple injury. The petitioner is in custody since 29.04.2025.

4. Considering the fact that the dispute is between the two brothers and the injury caused to the victim is simple in nature, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
