The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 17 of 2017 registered under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that nothing has been alleged against the petitioner. There is specific allegation against co-accused Ravindra Kumar. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29421 of 2017 (4) dt.04-10-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S.
