Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl.P.P. for the State.
The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.06.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76752 of 2018 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.
For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 17.06.2019, passed
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44264 of 2022(2) dt.31-08-2022 2/2 in Cr. Misc. No. 76752 of 2018 for surrender of the petitioners and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority. At the time of surrender, the petitioners shall furnish the receipt showing deposit of Rs. 5,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority.
Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
