1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1) and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman but inadvertently in the order impugned, it has been recorded that petitioner has antecedent of one case, as such, the defects as pointed out by the office are ignored.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that informant alleges that all the accused persons including the petitioner came and Pramod Yadav assaulted the husband of the informant by an iron rod causing injury on his

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is own sister-in-law (Gotani) of the informant. It is further submitted that even allegation of assault against the petitioner is not specific.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the fact that petitioner is a woman, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees One Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 227 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
