Grant of compassionate appointment is not a methodology for backdoor appointment for unemployed wards of a government servant. It is to provide immediate relief to the family in distress. The family has survived and taken care of for more than 12- 13 years now. No relief, therefore, is required to be given to the petitioner by interfering with Annexure- 11. Writ is dismissed.
