Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 02.02.2021. Vide order dated 31.03.2022, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'R'), which reveals that trial is at the stage of prosecution evidence. It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2020 for about two years. Considering the period of custody and stage of trial, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Vaishali in connection with Sarai P.S.
