The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 390 of 2017 for offences under Sections 409, 201 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that there is allegation of defalcation of a sum of Rs. 2,596/- against the petitioner only and the petitioner is still working in the Bihar State Road Gtransport Corporation but no departmental proceeding has been initiated against him, the Court is inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
