2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 426 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 8(c), 21(c), 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 372 grams of Heroin.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 9.5.2026.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is no recovery from the petitioner and the recovery is from other persons who were travelling with the petitioner. He next submits that the petitioner is resident of Assam.

6. From the records of the case, it appears that the

7. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
