JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 24-02-2016 The Court is prima facie satisfied that by and large the seriatim is more or less maintained for payment of outstanding dues of the erstwhile employees of BISCOMAUN. Such a seriatim is required to be maintained in terms of the Division Bench direction. The exceptions which counsel for the petitioner tries to point out are based on either judicial orders or decisions which are justifiable.

The Court, therefore, would not give a direction for jumping the queue in so far as the petitioner is concerned. Payments to the extent indicated in the show-cause and
