No. 24510 of 2020, whereby the petitioner was granted bail, but in the last paragraph of the order, in place of "Hathauri P.S. Case No. 148 of 2019", "Hathauri P.S. Case No. 904 of 2019" and in place of "learned J.M. 1st Class, Muzaffarpur", learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur" has been mentioned. The said mistake perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the prayer portion of the petition. Accordingly, the order dated 02.12.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24510 of 2020 is modified to the extent that let in the last paragraph of the order be read as in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 148 of 2019, to the satisfaction of
