The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 227 of 2016 registered under Sections 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 8, 12 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the mobile numbers by which alleged talking has been done does not belong to the petitioner. During investigation, it has come that conversations were made from both sides. No conversation is alleged to have been made by this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24315 of 2017 (3) dt.21-07-2017 the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge I, Patna in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 227 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Manish/- U T
