Petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, these petitioners along with other accused persons killed the daughter of informant for non fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioners are mother-in-law and Nanad of the deceased and they are separate from the deceased in mess and property. There is no specific allegation against these petitioners.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55531 of 2021(2) dt.07-12-2021 2/2 Petitioners are in custody since 23.07.2021 and charge sheet has already been submitted in this case.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in Supplementary Mansi PS Case No. 10/2019.
