2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 18.01.2023, some unidentified miscreants committed theft of tractor of informant along with its trailer bearing Registration No. BR10GC2391.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and has submitted that petitioner is owner of a junk shop and has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of accusation and the fact that petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashank/- U T
