Mr.Bal Mukund Prasad Sinha ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No.37 of 2017 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by her husband and other in-laws for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand of cash Rs.5,00,000/- and disposing of her dead body.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner nos.1 and 2 are unmarried brother-in-laws whereas the

No.49010 of 2019(2) dt.06-08-2019 2/2 petitioner no.3 is the unmarried sister-in-law of the daughter of the informant and no specific overt act is attributed to them in respect of making demand of dowry and torturing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of the same. Moreover, Lavkesh Kumar, the husband of the daughter of the informant, is already in custody.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No.37 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
