2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 28 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution, the petitioner is accused in looting of a jewellery shop and the F.I.R. was registered against unknown.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and his name has come on the basis of confessional statement of one Pancham/Panchat Nat.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 05.06.2023.

7. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

8. Considering the fact that Pancham/Panchat Nat who had confessed his guilt and taken the name of the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing one year in custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 28 of 2022.

10. The petitioner will visit Janta Bazar Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
