The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Inarwa P.S. Case No.12 of 2023 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 20(b), II(B)/23(B)/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of apprehended accused. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
