The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Fatehpur P.S.Case No.616 of 2022 registered under Sections 406, 420 of the I.P.C. and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is a P.D.S. dealer and there is no direct evidence against the petitioner to be indulged in black marketing. He has falsely been implicated without manual verification of stock and sale register. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
