Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(A)of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Submission is that recovery of liquor was allegedly made from behind the backside of the house of the petitioner. The place of recovery is accessible by anyone. Petitioner is in custody since 19.10.2020. He has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
