Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant in her written complaint has alleged that on 17.05.2021 at about 2:00 pm, petitioners along with other FIR named accused, variously armed, arrived at the house of Informant and started abusing Informant and her Sister-in-Law. It is further alleged that petitioners Mahendra Prasad and Radheshyam Prasad assaulted Informant and her Sister-in-Law on their head with Gandasa causing head injury to both of them. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that

The nature of injury has been stated to be simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance (Annexure3 series). Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 13.08.2021.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending, in connection with Meenapur P.S. Case No. 175 of 2021, with following conditions:-

(1) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below.

(2) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation / trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners. (S. Kumar, J) ranjan/- U
