1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 47 of 2023 registered under Sections 376, 323, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. Further submission is that the complaint case has been filed after 2 months. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-VIIcum-Special Judge (POCSO), Purnea in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 47 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
