====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-05-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 27.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17386 of 2022 by this Court to the extent of extension of period of surrender.

3. In view of the reasons assigned in paragraph Nos. 5 and 6 of the petition, further four weeks' time from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the court below, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.

4. Accordingly, order dated 27.09.2022 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51921 of 2023(3) dt.10-05-2024 2/2 Misc. No. 17386 of 2022 is modified to the above extent and modification petition is allowed.
