2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 85 of 2010 for the offences alleged under Section 7 of the E.C. Act which was earlier rejected by order dated 20.10.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 24998 of 2014.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
