2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 501 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 394, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, unknown persons committed dacoity in the house of the informant and looted domestic items and jewelry and also committed the murder of the wife of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 13.04.2024. He further submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the case in the self-

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as the learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the fact that the deceased was killed by the criminals while committing loot and also considering the fact that the mobile of the deceased was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
