JUSTICE PRAKASH CHANDRA JAISWAL ORAL ORDER 21-06-2017 Regarding defect no.14 (2), as pointed out by the office, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks three weeks' time to convert this anticipatory bail application into criminal appeal. Regarding defect no.14 (3), as pointed out by the office, from perusal of the records, it appears that in fact Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.356 of 2017 was disposed of by this Court in the light of the observations made by the Division Bench in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.832 of 2016, but the learned Court below appears to have mentioned the said Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.832 of 2016 in the impugned order instead of Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.356 of 2017 inadvertently, which is not going to affect the merit of the case. Hence, the said defect is ignored.
