The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 11(Gha) of the Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act, 1960.

Allegation is that the accused persons were carrying cattles from the pick up van for slaughtering. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The cattle is alleged to be stolen property. Same is claimed by the petitioner. Other co-accused has been granted bail vide Cr.Misc.No.41377 of 2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VI, Danapur in connection with Rail Bikram P.S. case No.85 of 2019.
