2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 64 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner sexually assaulted a 13 years old girl.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 14.02.2023. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the gravity of allegation levelled against the petitioner,
